Package Options

1. Gallery Backdrop Package

Perfect for photo shoots, book launches, morning teas and more!

Duration: Half-day (6 hours) or hourly hire

Includes: Access to our art-adorned space as a backdrop, partial use of gallery space without removal of sales desk or other gallery operations equipment.

Food and drink packages including crockery, glassware and more available as addons

Flexible seating and table arrangements available as addons

A simple setup, ideal for concise functions and activations without extra frills

Starting at: $1,320 half day flat fee or $220 per hour + addons

 

2. Gallery Celebration Package

Ideal for intimate weddings or stylish lunches.

Duration: Half-day or hourly hire

Includes: Dedicated use of the gallery with customizable seating and options for themed décor installation

Removal of sales desk and other gallery equipment in the main space only.

On-site support from our events assistant if needed (additional hourly rate applicable*)

Limited access to gallery amenities including kitchenette, refrigerator and rear lane access and parking (1 car space)

Coordination options for catering services (list of partnered vendors available upon request)

Starting at: $1,800 half day flat fee or $300 per hour + addons

 

3. Custom Event

Tailor your event to your unique vision and needs.

Duration: Half-day, whole day or hourly hire

Includes: Full access to gallery amenities including: storage, kitchenette, refrigerator and rear lane access and parking (1 car space)

Clearing of artworks on display is possible as an addon

On-site support from our events assistant if needed (additional hourly rate applicable)

Opportunities to integrate artistic interactive elements such as artist talks and live painting as an addon

Custom package add-ons: A/V equipment, extended setup/cleanup, and more

Starting at: $1,980 half day flat fee or $330 per hour + addons
